Tired of always zipping to the supermarket just for a measly box of tiresome pancakes? Look no further! Here is a recipe that will keep you from getting tired just after breakfast.
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 cups (190 grams) flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups (350 ml) milk
- Mix up the dry ingredients.
- Melt the butter.3
- Whisk the eggs.
- Combine the butter, eggs and milk in a separate bowl.
- Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients.
- Mix gently as to not over mix the batter.
- Add the wet ingredients. Melt 1 and a half tablespoons of butter.
- Put a small slice of butter on a nonstick pan, turn the heat up to medium, and allow the butter to melt.
- Use a ladle to pour rounds of batter into the pan.
- Flip the pancakes when you see tiny bubbles popping on the surface of the pancake. Then allow it to cook a few more minutes on the other side until it is brown.
- Garnish the pancake with honey, or butter or syrup after it has cooled down.
